But, if you are unhappy with the product due to an unforeseen circumstance, the following rules apply for a mutually agreeable resolution. We make every effort to ensure you never need to invoke this policy.

Yet, this is stated on the website: A placed order cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as these are designer and handmade garments, and after 24 hours, we cut the cloth, making cancellation impossible.


It takes up to 5-7 days to process a refund. Only return a product after telling us first. You must return the item to us once you have confirmed, as no credit or replacement will be issued for returned items. Please return within 2 working days of our confirmation and in original packaging and condition (please, no worn, washed, used, or altered items). Please be sure to send a copy of the received invoice. Please note that we do not accept returns on sewed apparel and handiwork. We will analyze the returned garment, determine what went wrong, and take quick action to prevent future occurrences. Although safe delivery to you is our responsibility, safe return delivery to us is also your responsibility. Ensure you only use a reputable courier service, email us the tracking information, and retain the airway bill until the package is delivered. If, for whatever reason, the package still needs to be delivered to us, we cannot assist you. Please indicate that the items are defective returns; no other products can be returned. Be particularly vigilant when accepting a shipment from a courier: If the exterior packaging is broken or tampered with, check the quality and quantity of the contents against the invoice before accepting the package from the courier service. In the event of a discrepancy, either decline to accept delivery or accept delivery only after making an appropriate notation on the delivery receipt. And file formal complaints with the local office of the courier service so we can pursue them. Customers must contact us using our website's "Request for Return" page before returning any purchase. We will only issue a refund if you return the products after notifying us beforehand. In the event of a genuine error, we will refund the money or replace the product at no additional cost. Once the item has been shipped, if the order or product is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund. Times to ship listed on our website for each item are indicative and approximate values only; delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Due to this, refunds, returns, replacements, and exchanges will not be accepted. If there is a delivery delay because an item is out of stock or if there is an exceptional delay in fulfilling an order, we will contact you through email. Nevertheless, delivery dates are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays in delivering your item or any portion thereof. We may elect to deliver your order in multiple shipments. In certain instances, we may issue a refund for the unfulfilled portion of your order. SHIPPING POLICY
