Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or anytime before it has been shipped, whichever condition is met first.

If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
After an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. However, once the product is delivered, you may request a return in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
We currently do not offer modifications to items or delivery details once an order has been confirmed. If adjustments are needed, you will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a fresh one.
